Where we work
We are based on Railroad Avenue in Glenwood and we publish our drive times, because how far away your crew is decides whether they come back when something goes wrong.

Mineola, Emerson, Henderson and the unincorporated ground in between are all inside the range. Red Oak and further east we take case by case.
Glenwood and Mills County
This is home. The shop is on Railroad Avenue, the crew lives here, and the lawn you see driving into town is one of ours. Response times are measured in minutes, not in whether we happen to be on this side of the county.
Mills County is mostly acreages and small-town lots, which is a different job from suburban maintenance: ditches, drainage ways, gravel drives and slopes. It is the work we are set up for.
Council Bluffs and Pottawattamie County
Twenty minutes up the road, and close enough that a property there gets the same weekly reliability as one in Glenwood. Residential maintenance, landscape installs and snow all travel that far comfortably.
We are honest about the edge of that range. If you are on the far north side of Council Bluffs or across the river, tell us where and we will say plainly whether we can serve it well.
Why we publish drive times.
Most contractors list a service area that stretches as far as they are willing to drive once. That is not the same as being able to come back Thursday because a sprinkler head broke, or being on your street at five in the morning after eight inches of snow. The minutes are the promise.
Questions we get
Do you serve Omaha or Bellevue?
We take work across the river case by case, but our routes are built around the Iowa side. If you are in Nebraska, call and we will be straight with you about whether we can serve you properly rather than taking the job and then struggling to get there.
Is there a minimum property size?
No. We mow small town lots in Glenwood and multi-acre properties outside it. What changes is how we quote it, not whether we will take it.
Do you charge extra for the drive?
Not within the towns listed. Further out we will tell you upfront if travel affects the price rather than burying it in the number.
Can you take on commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial grounds maintenance and snow are both part of what we do, and commercial lots get priority on winter routes.
Not sure if you're in range?
Call and ask. If the property is worth the drive we will tell you, and if it isn't we will point you to somebody closer.
